How does this work?
Our partners are Firms and Companies in different industries in Nigeria and outside Nigeria. They want good candidates and employees. We only recommend the best to them by carrying out our check on you before recommending you.
What is the service charge?
You are not required to pay any charges upfront if you are going with the Starter Plan, you only pay 25% of your First Month Salary after securing the job. However, if you are going with the Optimized Plan, the charge is NGN 50,000.00
What if I don’t get a job even after honoring several interview invites?
Quickswitch will continue to serve you until the job is gotten. Because we do not charge you until you accept a job offer, we will continue working with you until success is achieved.
How am I sure your organization only recommends the best to their partners
First of all, our partners are highly encouraged to interview our applicants. We only make a recommendation based on their application and recommend for possible interview and not immediate recruitment.
Secondly, we offer trainings occasionally on our platform to our candidates. They are better prepared to take up any job you may have.
Do you really hire for Organizations free of charge?
Yes, we do. We only charge a refundable fee of NGN 25,000.00. This serves only as commitment fee, and is usually returned after the process has been concluded.
